Our Products
Our plant is capable of producing ~ 3000 gallons of 192 proof Ethyl Alcohol per day and ~ 15000 lbs of dried animal feed. We are operating 6 days per week, 50 weeks per year.
- 192 proof un denature ethyl alcohol (please inquire for current offering)
- Dried animal feed supplement (25+% active yeast cultures, please inquire for current offering)
Dried Yeast Sample
Yeast protein feed produced on the basis of yeast whey fermentation process. The yeast used is FDA approved, USDA choice and None GMO. It is slow dried to preserve vital elements in the feed or can be fed in the wet form.
The YPC is produced in the form of small, thin flakes, in “off white” color. The protein content depends on the quality of whey and varies from 26% to 34% of protein. The final product contains less then 5% moisture and is packed into 25kg totes (or as customer requested).

Ethanol Report
In US fuel ethanol derived from corn at 95% with addition to cane feedstock. Cellulosic ethanol is a rapidly developing market. While it does not use corn, it is still energy and water incentive and relies on harvested feedstock.
New Age’s team provides an expertise and know how to produce renewable fuel ethanol from waste sugars on commercial scale. There are very few to no commercial scale projects exist which utlizes multiple waste sugars under same feremtnation process in orded to produce a true renewable commodity from waste products.
