Our Vision

To become a preferred technology for the Dairy processing industry converting their waste into renewable value add products. In doing so, New Age will become a 100% true renewable company utilizing a locally obtained feed stock. Further, New Age is working to perfect its technology to become 0 discharge process where waste is being transformed into multiple products leaving nothing behind. It will improve air and water quality, yield healthier and more productive dairy cows, and protect the environment. New Age will also create jobs and support sustainable economic growth, especially in rural communities, from the construction and operation of multiple facilities.

Our Mission

The mission is to capitalize on the growing appeal of bio-based products and the escalating demand for renewable value add products while addressing agricultural industry waste disposal problems. New Age is initially focused on developing, financing, installing, owning, and operating facilities that employ proprietary technology to convert cheese whey permeate into ethanol and yeast protein animal feed. In doing so, New Age will generate attractive economic returns for its investors while helping to protect the environment, im-prove air and water quality, bolster rural economies

Meet our management team

Eduard Zaydman

Director

Eduard is responsible for structuring and overseeing the growth platform and overall expansion strategy. Eduard brings over 12 years operational and managerial experience in IP-driven enterprises with a particular emphasis on advanced biofuels. Prior to New Age Renewable Energy, Eduard was CEO at Dubay Biofuels LLC. a Wisconsin based alternative energy company in which capacity he developed and led all critical functions of the company from finance and business development to communications and management. Eduard had managed several projects with multi million dollar budgets. Eduard graduated from Sevastopol Polytechnic University in Ukraine with a double major in industrial machinery engineering and acconting.

Joe Van Groll

MANAGING PARTNER, CTO

Joe is a former cheese industry executive, is the inventor of the multiple processes in food waste to value add products sector. He oversees research and development activities for the company. Joe is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supervising the application of the different technologies and processes. Joe had managed operations of several major cheese and ethanol facilities with over 20 employees. For over 10 years Joe was operating a waste sugars to alcohol R&D facility after which he moved on to operate a commercial scale multi feedstock ethyl alcohol plant. His unique skills are extending to process optimization and plant energy use improvement. Joe has a Food Sciences – Dairy Manufacturing specialization from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.
